INTERMEDIATE STRENGTH TRAINING


GYM ACCESS

This 3-month program is for medial gym goers ready to take their workouts to the next level! Within the 3 months, you'll be introduced to and become fluent in all the major functional strength training lifts like bench press, back squats, front squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, and more. Also, you'll learn the importance of tempo manipulation with these functional lifts and how it relates to greater strength and muscle gains. After this phase, you'll be ready for the Advanced Strength Training program.

Also includes:

  • Virtual assessment with your coach

  • Customization of the program around your schedule

  • Video demonstration of all exercises

  • Constant connection and communication with your coach via the messenger function

  • Monthly virtual check-in's
