Ryan Svenby is a fitness professional who works with all individuals on their personal health and wellness goals. With over 20 years of experience, he has proven that personalized fitness training is the key to a successful, lifelong commitment to a healthy and active lifestyle. Ryan has worked with a professional NBA basketball team as a corrective exercise specialist and performance enhancement specialist for 3 years. For 14 years he has successfully managed a training and fitness program for a professional NFL football cheerleading squad and 4 years with a professional NBA dance team. His integrative approach on fusing corrective exercise, athletic performance, and overall functional health and wellness has been the key to his success.

I have been going to Ryan off & on since 2010. When I came back to Ryan this last time, I had been having MAJOR struggles with menopause. I could not figure out what was going on with my body all of a sudden. He never gave up- has not given up. He keeps going until he gets to the root of the problem. Less than a year later I was biking as much as 70 miles at a time and my back was stronger than ever. Ryan has been an interictal part of my health journey for the past three years. Ryan Svenby trained me for two years before I moved. In our first session, he asked me to show him what my past trainers taught me. Then he said, "I don't like any of that. In March, 2020, life as we knew it came to a screeching halt. Shelter in place mandates went into effect, and work from home / school from home processes went into effect. Restaurants, businesses, corporations all shutting down – including my gym. At first, we all tried to figure out what we were going to do – which included figuring out a work-out routine.
