UT Udo is a fitness professional with over 15 years of experience. His passion for fitness began through his love of sports and developed as a collegiate basketball player. UT’s mission is to cut through the noise in the health and fitness industry to help individuals make lasting fitness and general wellness transformations. He believes that movement is a necessary component of physical and mental wellness. UT establishes long-term client interactions with the goal of integrating exercise and optimal wellness into the demands of daily life.
