This 3-month program is designed to teach individuals the basics of strength training and progress them into advanced gym-goers. You'll learn how to perform the basic movement patterns important to any strength training program. Also, get familiar with resistance machines, different cardio machines, bands, dumbbells, and barbells. At the end of this program, you'll be able to master all the major functional movement patterns, gain strength and muscle, improve your cardiovascular system and be ready to take your gym confidence to the next level!
